I just joined the Zebra club and I am working on through the foundations. I am not in a good way. I am constantly subluxing my shoulders, SI joints and hips. Rolling over in bed subluxes my SI joints and putting on a sweater subluxes my shoulders. I've been working with a physical therapist and she is great in helping to correct my alignment through gentle massage. I've also become much more aware of my body and my proprioception has improved through working with an EDS society PT. But I've been unable to make progress in stability. In the stability video of the foundations course I tried the cat exercise (without locking out the joints) and now my SI joints and left shoulder are hurting a lot. My body wasn't in any guarding patterns. But my joints slipped anyway. I would love to hear from folks who have constant subluxations throughout their body and what they've done for it. And how they have made progress with stability 🙏🏼
