I've had worst tinnitus since an appointment with a new (private) physio in early December, it's making me not want to go to bed because it's harder to avoid when it's quiet. I think may be worse when I lie down. It's better when I'm holding my head or neck, or when I massage the back of my neck and head. Sleep sounds help, but it means I'm having to use technology at bed time, which I don't like (because the temptation to go down youtube rabbit holes is too much). Think I'll get a sleep sounds cd. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this or has any advice?
