I've made a major motivational breakthrough! I've never enjoyed slow, controlled exercises so motivation to do them is really tough for me. So I've created a relaxation zone in my bedroom next to a warm log burning stove, with colored fairy lights, exercise mat, soft cushions and throws and relaxation music. I love it and really enjoy, and look forward to doing the classes now in MY special space. 🥰
