I recognize that we are all in a different place, so I wanted to ask if any of you have tips on making sitting more comfortable. I can only tolerate a very short time sitting, so I end up standing and moving most of the day, until I can lie down to rest, completely exhausted. My poor kitty follows me around, waiting for a lap, and when I do let her snuggle with me, I suffer the whole time, since my worst pain is around my pelvis. Someone mentioned that the tailbone could be a cause, so to try the Coccyx class under Pain Management classes, and the Work & Travel class under Mindful & Stress. If you’ve had a similar difficulty sitting comfortably, I would love to hear what you have found to be helpful.
