Gentle reminder - if you used to be on the old platform before the app launched in November 2021, please do double check you cancelled the membership on that old platform. I’m getting daily emails from people saying they have been charged for a year subscription. This is an admin nightmare to sort out. Your old membership will keep renewing annually unless it is cancelled. It will not give you notice. It’s a membership which will continue to run whether that’s annual or monthly. Please please check. Thank you for checking. It saves everyone a lot of stress.
