Hi there, looking for recommendations. I am on week 7 of a 16 week stunt in the moon boot. Tendonosis in my peroneal tendon from over spraining. What classes can I do with the boot on and what's best to stop the rest of my body from getting sore now that I've had to stop all my usual exercise and coping sessions. Thank you
