Hi everyone- hope you’re all as well as you can be. I’m heading into a period of time at my work where I’m basically guaranteed to be sent into a flare (HSD). I’ll be working 12+ hour days really intensely, and I’ll be on my feet a lot. Does anyone have any #tips that will work while I’m constantly on the move? I’ve got a little electric heat pack that’s a life saver and might manage to bring my yoga mat in to do some classes in breaks if I have time.
