Hi fellow 🦓! Let’s talk soreness! If you’re like me, I have different types and levels of soreness. I have muscle soreness from either daily activity or “working out”, joint soreness/pain, subluxation or stretching soreness and then the OMG I’m getting old soreness 😂. What are your tips, tricks and go-to’s for helping your body recover?
