I am struggling with a bad flareup involving shoulder subluxation and cervical instability. In years past my flareups have been muscle fatigue and waiting a few days would ease them down. This new flareup has lasted weeks to months and I don’t know what I should be doing. I have been meditating 4-6 a day and trying at least one other gentle program, usually focused on pelvis or lower body. Should I add recumbent bike or more gentle classes? Add more breath work?
