I’m coping well with TZC classes and after 5 months feel a lot easier around my pelvis and hips. But I still can’t cope with being on all fours, even with yoga blocks to put my forearms on. I get wrist and hand pain even without putting my full weight on them. Yet I badly need to build up strength in my shoulders, wrists arms and hands. Is there an even gentler way approach all fours?
