Hi everyone, newbie here with a question for @Jeannie Di Bon I’ve just finished watching your stability video “Letting Go of Guarding…” and boy, I brace more than I realized! However, I brace less through my ribs than in my abdomen. As a young teen, I started sucking in my tummy to try and look thinner. I’ve been doing this for 30 years. Letting my stomach “hang out” feels like the most uncomfortable thing in the world, so unnatural. 😰 Any suggestions? Thanks (and, BTW, I absolutely love this app — well done)!
