It’s my 2 year anniversary in the zebra club and that means also 2 years since diagnosis. I’m so thankful to Jeannie for her expertise and you all for this supportive community. I have improved my quality of life so much from before. My pain is way down and my nervous system is much calmer. Still working on my body everyday to become more active and mobile but I am optimistic given my progress thus far. 🦓 💪
