Question: during the side to side hip roll taught in the foundations relaxation video, is the inhale and exhale completed on each side? Then move to center and repeat to the other side? I did feel my pelvis melt deeper into the floor on the exhale. I’m just not grasping what to do next or how to get to the neutral position again.
