Happy Sunday ☀️ question: how do I relax my tongue more during classes? Or ever? I swear I am starting to understand experientially how to soften my body more into the ground and un-brace, but it's as if I just can't yet completely let go. 🤔I find my tongue completely tensed up trying not to brace. I've tried old yoga techniques touching my tongue to the roof of my mouth and trying to relax my jaw or doing lion pose squishing my face and then extending tongue. Just my body resisting relaxing. It's like a forced ujjayi breath that just doesn't want to soften. Any suggestions, please? Thank you🙏
