Any good advice on how to start? Hello, I’m new and hopeful about finding better ways to exercise (hEDS dx a few years ago, I’m 35 now but chronic pain since childhood). I’ve been back to swimming 3x a week for the last couple of months but chlorine irritation and shoulder/neck pain has made me stop. I’m feeling a bit confused and overwhelmed about how to start with the classes on here- what to choose and how much to do. I’m used to getting a fair amount of exercise three times a week, but struggle a lot with pain and over-working myself leading to injury. What are some good routines to build up? Do I do a couple of different classes each exercise day and move around the body? Something like that? What works for you?
