Hello zebras! I’m a little new here and have gone through the basics and about half the starter pack, however I very much would like to target the specific videos that will help me sit at my desk for working. Do I do shoulders? Abs? Awareness training? It’s all a little overwhelming, and I really just want to be able to do a solid day’s work without collapsing in pain every half hour or so. I appreciate any recommendations you can give. Also, just want to say how grateful I am to have found this community, and all of Jeannie’s wonderful videos. I feel understood for the first time and it’s lovely 💜
