After a visit this week with a PT who has some other clients with HSD/EDS, he started me with beginning #weightbearing exercises to slow down #osteopenia, which include “wall-sits”. I found my left glute was in so much pain the day after. I just went through Programs -> Feet & Lower Limb -> Dynamic Pelvis and it helped to soften everything so well that I don’t feel the tension in my glutes any more. I love the explanation that we are just trying to “tease the #fascia”, instead of #stretch. It helps me to have more respect for my proper range.
