I can't get the hang of standing properly! Whenever I'm standing around I'm consciously trying not to lock my knees but can't understand how you do it without collapsing in a heap! I asked my husband who isn't hypermobile, how he stands and if he locked his knees and he said no, he'd have to tense his muscles up if he did that. So I pointed out that's why my bum muscles hurt so much! I really can't get the hang of it, could someone give me some tips?
