When I can't get out walking my digestion gets all slow, which leads to gas, bloating, discomfort, and I get less sleep than usual. I can't get out walking at the moment due to recurring ankle strains. I'm working on strengthening them, but in the mean time does anyone have any tips? Or maybe any class recommendations that will provide a good belly massage like it would get from walking. I just realised today that rolling my belly (like belly dancing) might help. And gentle massage (though my wrists are also an issue).
