How can we determine which exercises we should try to be hitting every day? And how many times a week should certain parts of the body be put to exercise? Too much, and that’s not good. But only once or twice, is that good enough to achieve muscle growth and further stability? (I know so much of this is dependent on how we feel day to day) I hope these questions make sense.
