Hello beautiful dazzle! First time posting here after having the app for a few months now. I’ve mainly been doing the foundations videos in repeat, and my PT is definitely noticing the difference! I think I’m ready to try more videos, but I’m not totally sure where to start. I have a lot of shoulder and rib instability, which is new in the last year, plus awful ankle and knee stability for the last 30 years. I’m able to do a lot of movements (just not without pain) and can lift the weights too. As a former (and hopefully future) athlete, I want to do them all! But I know that’s a terrible idea 😂 Anyone have any good suggestions on where to start? Or anything that did or didn’t work well for them in the beginning? THANK YOU!
