Hello. I have a question related to #batchcooking #foodprep. Several years ago, I used a #recipe #shopping service called realplans.com. I was thinking about signing up again. It has built-in recipes for many types of diets, and allows the customer to select ingredients that they can and can’t use. Then, with the chosen recipes for the week, it populates a shopping list. I remember it being pretty handy, and with the yearly rate, it only costs about $6.50US a month, but saves a ton of money by preventing wasted food. For those of us who are managing both finances, and energy, what have you found to be the most helpful to be able to have food around that supports your health and saves time and energy?
