Hi all, Ani ideas how to keep lower body from losing lots of strength while recovering from a sprained knee? I just did it today but devastated all my hard work on the reformer from the last 5 months will all disappear like that. My muscles were very atrophied before I started that - couldn’t lift my leg slightly off the bed etc so the thought of going back to that is terrifying for me. I had to do reformer to build strength to try to attempt the zebra club classes, which was my next step. Thank you!
