Advice on letting go of a fear of mine: I need to drive down to the large city about 1-1.5 hrs away on Sunday evening (when it’s already dark) & I have a lot of anxiety just thinking about it, to the point where my body is all tied up into knots. I also have bad night vision. Any time I’ve needed to drive there I inevitably either get off the highway too early or miss the exit. So I’ve tended to ask others to drive if I’m not going on my own. But now I must drive (cannot cancel this obligation) & I was so anxious this AM about it that I started crying. What meditation, other mindfulness audio, or anything else can I take/do to help?
