Has anyone had a Toupè Fundiplication? It’s for GERD, they take the top part of your stomach and do a partial wrap around the sphincter. Or there’s another surgery they do that uses a titanium band with like magnets. My Gastroenterologist is sending me to a GI specialist because I have sensitive esophagus and he thinks I should have one of these surgeries. I’m concerned with hEDS that this may not be a good idea. Does anyone have any experience with this?
