I just did the Settling to find natural stability class. I have some questions. When I do the baby bridges, I'm assuming that it's OK if I only lift 1/2". I'm focusing on the weight and trying to let my body relax. Is that correct? Also, as I went through the class, I felt more tight at the front of my hips. As I roll my hips back toward my head, I feel my muscles around my tailbone tighten. I'm not sure what to think about to let go of that.
