Someone asked about slouching the other day and I have a related question. I know I'm supposed to sit with my feet flat on the floor and avoid sitting in the contorted positions I'm usually in (one foot on the chair, sitting on my feet, one leg crossed over the other or wrapped around the other pretzel-style, full cross-legged/both feet on the chair. I find it impossible to sit with both feet on the floor for more than a few minutes, and if I try it takes my full attention and I can't focus on whatever activity I'm doing; I just don't feel stable. Has anyone else struggled with this and seen improvement over time, and if so how did you get there?
