Question about proper form/range of motion... In all the classes where you hug your legs to your chest, is it okay if your legs go all the way and are fully touching your stomach and ribs? Should I be trying to maintain a more reduced range than that or is it fine to just let them rest there? I think maybe I have very mobile hips and I feel like since joining Zebra Club I'm questioning everything about my body's positioning and range of motion. 😅
