I've tried the lower back pain management video for a while now that I've finished the basics videos and have a few questions... I have intense lower back stiffness from sitting so much in a way that is new to me. I get up and stretch and try to move as often as possible and try the video in the evenings but sense no change. My questions: What other videos or movements face helped you? I feel like zebra bodies are full of secrets and the most odd or unexpected movements etc can be helpful! Is it normal to not be able to "rock the pelvis from side to side / east-west" like at all? I've built my intero/proprioception a lot but that movement stumps me πŸ˜‚ If anyone has recommended for seat pads that help with stiffness that would be great. I have a flat wheelchair cushion and the seat itself if pretty flat and I guess that's not enough. My feet touch the floor and otherwise the ergonomics seem fine though I am in so much pain Thanks all, happy Friday, I can't wait to not sit in this chair all weekend πŸ˜‚πŸ₯³
