I’m sure I’ve seen other posts on this but I am having trouble organising what to do in the exercises. I get confused with what I’ve already done. I know the gentle morning wake up now and I’m doing it each day but I want to build on this in a systematic way and can’t seem to get my s*** together. Any thoughts? Is it going to be a spreadsheet?
