Hi all. Just wondering how you all utilise the zebra club classes alongside other forms of exercise? My main off TZC exercise is walking, exercise bike and boxercise in VR. I’m thinking about doing a class along with this either before, after or both. Just wondering what would be best. When it comes to my other forms of exercise I am gradually building them back up after a really long flare up that started in May this year. I’m deconditioned all over. I had major surgery in June 2021 and I’m nowhere near the level of physical fitness or conditioning that I was before then. I’m definitely struggling with finding the right pace and some days I don’t even know where to start. So much easier when it’s only one part of the body at a time isn’t it!
