I have a question about flaring the ribs (the lower front ones near the diaphragm). Whenever Jeannie cues me to not flare the ribs, I realize I have been doing it a lot, as my normal. When I pull them in, it feels pretty good. Are there any classes or exercises that can help me to reign them in on a more consistent basis? Is there anything to worry about or avoid here?
