My left hip has slipped forward and I am having trouble getting it back in alignment. This was due to travel and carrying things on my back for too long. I’ve been doing classes geared towards pelvis and hips and trying to manually release a knot in the upper thigh. It has improved a little but still I can feel it pinching in the front and I have less sensation down the leg. Does anyone have any experience with this or advice for specific classes or movements?
