Any suggestions for easy classes to do when flaring with #endometriosis ? I was to do at least 10 minutes of exercise daily, but last time I just did general exercise instead of TZC (squats, lunges, etc) I hurt my knee for weeks. I’d love to have suggestions for a regular Flare day or one someone else with endo has had success with. My currently quite swollen and in a lot of pain.
