I’m still having trouble progressing thru the classes or programs or whatever. I need organization and structure. Anyone willing to post a suggested 3-wk full-body video series plan? Everyone is different but the videos are so gentle that a whole body series should be a useful start. We can skip what we don’t want until we get thru the full body. Then we can get into the classes and programs (I still don’t know what the difference is sorry). I just need something like: video link for days 1 thru 3, link for day 3 thru 7, etc. the pick n choose method is really really frustrating for me and I’m losing gains and I take too long floundering. Thanks in advance.
