A question about sleep. Anyone feel worse on waking? Any tips or gear? Meaning, I slip into bad positions at night. I wake all night to correct myself, shift pillows, etc but I still have arms and legs, wrists, toes, tops I’d ankles that ‘fall asleep’ intermittently. No one I’ve seen even acknowledges I’ve asked about this and it’s steadily worsening. I’m getting used to it but the trajectory isn’t encouraging. Any idea are appreciated.
