Out of interest at what time of day do you find your pilates to be most effective? Iv been experimenting with different times and I quite like doing little 5-10 mins throughout the day. That and immediately before bed has actually been helping me to get to sleep better. Think it’s due to the endorphins helping with my pain levels to let me get off. Anyone else found that?
