Last night I discovered that doing a few Zebra exercises in bed at 3am is a good cure for insomnia. Normally I meditate, which works eventually, but can take a couple of hours. Doing 10 mins or so of gentle Zebra exercises (bridges, knee rolls etc) didn’t disturb my partner and had me back to sleep within half an hour.
