hey guys, happy New Year, I feel like I carry a lot of tension in my right forearm it’s probably chronically sore most days. When I am not been mindful, I find I am bent at the elbow and holding so much tension at like a right angle instead of relaxing my arm down by my side. To be fair, it’s taking me a few years to ensure my shoulders are not up in my ears. This seems like a similar issue. I have done the wrist stability class, helps marginally but the repetitive strain is still there daily. I can’t imagine is scrolling on my phone helps. Does anyone else have this or any advice you can give would be much appreciated.
