Hi dear Zebras, I am new here. My name is Cassandra and I was diagnosed with HSD about 1,5 ago. There are still a lot of open questions what further problems accompanying my basic problem. I would be very grateful if I could get some pain relief by this training and if I could find a group which motivates me to work further. I hope I can also help others by sharing my experiences.
