So thankful to have found this app. I'm a soon to be 38 yr old zebra who wasn't diagnosed until 36 after fighting consistently for 7 years for help from the medical community. During that 7 years I lost A LOT of my mobility and gained weight bc I was told not to exercise and put on different unnecessary medications. Now my 12 year old is also diagnosed and I want to show her she can have a better life than I have if she takes care of her body. For the first time in years I'm hopeful ☺️
