Acupressure mats... I've seen it mentioned here several times and they seem interesting. Is there specific things to look for? There's shorter ones, super long ones, normal shaped pillows, bolster pillows. Some seem to have pointier nails than others. Some say that they have MORE nails per disc. What are your experiences with them? Love them, hate them? Do they relieve pain or do you find them relaxing? #acupressure
