I'm determined to sort myself out this year, I'm sick of being in pain, the second half of last year was awful. I have a desk job and it would be really helpful if there was a section on 2-5 min exercises for people who are sat all day. Some sat at your desk and some standing up. I had a look and couldn't see anything like this (unless I'm blind!) I know I could make something up myself but I'm one of those people who finds instructions motivating. I actually have a reminder flash up once an hour on my screen to move, but I often ignore it. 😬 If I had a plan I'd be more likely to do something. If anyone has any recommendations though they're always welcome.
