Hi all 👋 Has anybody else experienced tibio-fibular dislocations? It's happening at least 10 times a day now and the pain with it is awful 😖 I'm already under physio (who is great!) and recently had an x-Ray, just awaiting my MSK appointment and MRI's now. Seen in orthotics and there was nothing they could do to help either 😔 Wondered if anyone has some advice? 😊
