I’ve been working on my gait, lower limb and mindful walking for a while now. Ankle pain and mobility is a huge issue for me. I’ve watched the what the foot podcast a few times and tried to integrate the upper body ‘cogs’ concept. But I just seem to be all over the place up there and resort to bracing. So what do I need to do with my hips, ribs, shoulders, arms, upper body and head when walking. Am I over thinking?
