Hi all, I’ve been really recently diagnosed with a hiatus hernia and Barrett’s Oesophagus. 2 questions: 1) does anyone else have these? 2) how do you adapt classes? I’m now not meant to get my head level or lower than my stomach to attempt to stop more acid reflux damage in my throat. So far I have just been propping my head up on a cushion when lying down and hoping that’s enough but I don’t know what to do for other poses like forward folds where stopping before my head is below my stomach seems like it takes the ease away. A few ideas will be gratefully received. Thanks in advance, Lucy
