Hi! I just joined, was diagnosed with hEDS and POTS in October--and in November found out I was pregnant! Does anyone have tips on classes that are well-suited for pregnancy, especially hip pain, or classes/exercises to avoid? I'm currently 15 weeks. Thanks so much, I'm glad to have found this space <3
