Hi everyone, I've just started and working my way through the beginners programme. But even lying flat on my back with my knees bent us causing a lot of pain in my tailbone. When I'm doing the exercises on the floor for my pelvis, I can let my pelvis fully relax in to the mat as it's too painful. Any ideas to remedy this?
