Can we talk about safer cardio? Swimming seems like a good idea but then there’s no “feeling gravity”. Multi-direction resistance + loose joints seem like a bad combination. Cycling seems as if it will tip our head/necks into the bad place. Running is clearly a free-for-all nope. Rowing? If you’re able to do any similar type of activity, what are you into?
