Recently, since focussing on expansion as opposed to stretching, I no longer feel the urge to constantly stretch and my spasms are released. But now that my body is moving more freely I feel incredibly weak, and can no longer do the exercises I was able to do before. In hindsight it now feels to me like my spasms and decades of muscle tension were holding my body together, but now that it is all releasing I’ve lost any strength I had built up! I’ve had to go right back to basics with TZC but wondered if this is to be expected or am I misinterpreting expansion and doing something wrong?
